Read in full, publishes no figure

13 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

5 of the 18 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 13 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 0 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source for each breakdown it prices, in % (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences for one breakdown), so a page that gives figures for several breakdowns gives one for each and N counts 6 figures, never sentences; 108 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per US product per rule and limit, quoted verbatim from the federal authority with its effective year - the QLAC premium limit and the age-85 latest starting date under the RMD regulations, the General Rule and Simplified Method for taxing annuity income, the 5% additional tax on certain early distributions from deferred contracts, the participation rate / cap rate / surrender-charge mechanics of an indexed contract, the free-look period, the best-interest standard a recommendation must meet, the guaranty-association present-value limit per contract, and the Deficit Reduction Act conditions a Medicaid-compliant annuity must satisfy.

The DERIVATION is the comparison nobody publishes: for one pot, what each product's stated mechanics actually produce - a cap rate of 5% against an index return of 10% credits 5%, a participation rate of 75% against 10% credits 7.5% - beside the guaranteed alternative, with the state limit that would apply if the carrier failed.

108 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
